Once your house is inspected, the inspector will email you the inspection report where you will learn the state of your house, what isn’t working, need repairs or near the end of its service life. It will give you the opportunity to get a few things repaired that could have made the sale of the house difficult or simply adjust the price later on at the selling stage.
